Supplementary information

A Traffic Management Plan (TMP) was drawn up for the site and agreed with all three local authorities (Rossendale BC, Rochdale MBC, Calderdale MBC) and Lancashire County Council in July 2013.   It is designed to ensure that the local community experiences a minimum of disturbance during the transportation of construction materials and components to site.

Another important post-planning document is the Habitat Restoration Plan, which again has been drawn up to fulfil a planning condition required by all three Local Planning Authorities.  The Plan sets out a programme of post-construction land and habitat restoration works across the site, together with the details of an agreed monitoring regime.
